Cella, a Randstad digital company, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team on a 12-month hybrid contract basis in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing reporting infrastructure, including dashboards and reports.
About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing multiple reporting cycles, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness, and collaborating with IT to develop the department's data lake. Your tasks will include updating reports, enhancing existing dashboards, creating new dashboards, and developing ad hoc reports to support business needs.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of five years of overall professional experience.
- At least two years of experience with Power BI dashboard creation, maintenance, and enhancement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Python, SQL, and other data sources like Adobe Workfront, Khoros, Meltwater, Coveo, Medallia, Airtable, Splunk, and Claravine.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technological environments.
