About the Role
As a Data and Insights Business Lead, you will manage connected data and analytics strategies and roadmaps, explore and prototype solutions, and foster partnerships to drive successful solution delivery. You will develop a strategic vision for data and analytics, engage with business and IT teams, and drive innovation in data-driven problem solving.
About You
Required:
- Career experience in finance, strategy, supply chain, data insights or related role(s) demonstrating an understanding of analysis and business intelligence.
- Strong economic and strategic thinking skills with the ability to frame and evaluate complex problems.
- Data literacy with advanced knowledge of tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills across a matrix delivery model.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Data Analytics or related field.
- Experience formulating strategies and roadmaps for data and analytics initiatives.
- Experience with technical data modeling and data management.
- Experience in the Manufacturing sector.
- Experience in leading projects with knowledge of project management methodologies such as waterfall and agile.
