About the Role
As a Data Center Facilities Operating Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating critical mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, fire/life safety, and emergency back-up systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, analyze data for system functionality, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards. The position requires coordination with contractors and management for work orders and may involve on-call duties after regular hours.
About You
Required:
- Refrigeration Engineer License, unlimited capacity from NYC / FDNY.
- Q01/Q99 certification.
- Universal technician certification from EPA.
