About the Role
As a Data Center Operations Technician I, you will monitor and respond to mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and security systems within the data center. Your responsibilities will include incident escalation, report writing, providing exceptional customer service, and managing building service requests. You will gain hands-on experience with data center equipment and ensure that operational standards are met.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or greater.
- 1+ years of experience in either customer service or security industry.
Preferred:
- Experience in a mission critical facility.
- Familiarity with CCTV and access control security systems.
