About the Role
As a Data Center Program Manager, IT/Network, you will manage the full life cycle of data center deployment and decommissioning projects, lead decision-making processes, and ensure adherence to safety and security policies. You will also engage in collaboration across various teams and provide mentorship by sharing best practices.
About You
Required:
- High School Qualification or equivalent AND 2+ years experience supporting IT equipment or related technology or delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments.
- Experience managing IT or network infrastructure projects from planning through execution, including stakeholder escalation and risk mitigation.
Preferred:
- Experience in Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU) or working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, Networking, Capacity).
- Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Applicable certifications: ASICS, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, CDCP.
- In-depth knowledge of datacenter cabling standards and practices.
