About the Role
As a Data Center Tech, you will be responsible for installing telecommunications equipment, interfacing with customers, planning installation activities, and overseeing personnel. Your tasks will include physically handling equipment, routing cables, conducting tests, and resolving technical issues while ensuring quality validation of work.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical or college degree preferred.
- One year of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft programs and applications.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with IOS and/or Android applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot cabling, hardware, and software issues.
- Demonstrated leadership ability within a team.
