About You
- Leadership experience managing small technical teams.
- Strong ability to adapt, collaborate, and make sound decisions.
- Knowledge of network cabling and fiber optic types.
- Understanding of infrastructure technologies and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Cisco IOS, JunOS, and common networking protocols.
- Experience updating OS for Cisco, Juniper, and other networking devices.
- Experience with network implementations and technical support.
- Familiarity with Ekahau and network heat mapping tools.
- Data center experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Strong communication skills when working with customers and peers.
- Ability to manage complex project scopes and shifting priorities.
- Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- BICSI Installer or equivalent knowledge.
- CCENT / Network+ / A+ or equivalent knowledge.
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
