About the Role

As a Data Center Technician II, you will be responsible for completing scheduled data center Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs), hardware installation, asset management, and providing smart-hands assistance for multiple customers. You will maintain a safe operating environment, ensure compliance with security protocols, and document all processes thoroughly. Additionally, you will coordinate equipment receiving and shipping, support emergency operating procedures, and conduct daily inspections of the data center.

About You

Required:

High School diploma or GED equivalency.
3+ years working in data centers or related technical field.
General knowledge of server/network equipment and software support configurations.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.

Preferred:

At least 2 active industry certifications.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Intermediate understanding of AC/DC power principles and data center best practices.
