About the Role
As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for installing and configuring data center infrastructure, monitoring system performance, performing regular maintenance, ensuring HVAC systems operate efficiently, managing user accounts and permissions, ensuring reliable power supply, completing data backups, assisting with disaster recovery, documenting procedures, and complying with security standards. You will also provide troubleshooting and repair services for Dell products at customer sites.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-4+ years of experience in data center operations.
Preferred:
- Technical certification or Associate Degree.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure.
