About the Role
As a Data Engineer, you will develop, maintain, and support data pipelines that move experimental data from laboratory systems into the division's data lake. You will address data quality issues, maintain the LIMS environment, and collaborate with various teams to ensure data usability for analytics and reporting. Your contributions will support the division's digitization efforts and enhance the overall data infrastructure.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a data engineering or data-focused software role.
Preferred:
- Experience working with data lakes, analytics platforms, or business intelligence solutions.
- Hands-on experience using AWS and Databricks or similar data processing platforms.
- Proficiency in Python and common Python libraries used for data processing and analysis.
- Experience working with SQL databases, including writing and optimizing queries.
