- Bachelor's Degree in Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering, cost accounting, or a similar role within manufacturing environments.
- CPA license, MBA, or relevant certifications.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Tableau, advanced MS Excel, and ERP systems.
