About the Role

As a Data Governance COE Senior Lead, you will be responsible for designing data governance solutions that integrate people, process, and technology. Your duties will include leading the development of data safety requirements, consolidating stakeholder inputs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will also facilitate cross-functional sessions, support control assessments, and develop reporting metrics to demonstrate compliance and control effectiveness.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
10+ years of experience implementing data governance frameworks.
5+ years of experience as a process owner for operational processes.
Experience collaborating across technology, risk, legal, and business teams.
Hands-on experience applying governance practices in complex environments.

Preferred:

Experience operating within regulated organizations.
Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR and PCI DSS.
Ability to communicate effectively and influence cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with data classification and audit support activities.
