About the Role

As a Data Governance COE Senior Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data governance frameworks, documenting enterprise requirements, and translating stakeholder needs into actionable controls. You will lead the development of data safety and control requirements, facilitate cross-functional working sessions, and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations. The role requires hands-on involvement in maturing the data governance program and strengthening audit readiness.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
10+ years of experience implementing data governance frameworks.
5+ years of experience as a process owner for operational processes.
Demonstrated experience collaborating across technology, risk, legal, and business teams.
Hands-on experience applying governance or control practices in complex environments.

Preferred:

Experience operating within regulated organizations.
Working knowledge of data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR, CPRA, or CCPA.
Ability to communicate effectively and influence without authority.
Familiarity with data classification and audit support activities.
