About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee general accounting functions, manage day-to-day activities of accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes, and maintain compliance with GAAP and FASB. You will prepare and analyze financial statements, collaborate with external auditors, and develop financial controls and guidelines.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
- Solid experience with month-end close, GAAP, and FASB.
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or CPA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions based on analyses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge of accounting software.
