About the Role
As an Experienced Associate in the Data and Analytics team, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, enhancing technical knowledge in data analytics, and contributing to process improvements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in data analytics
- Certification in one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Certification in Snowflake
- Certification in any ETL/ELT tool
Preferred:
- Additional certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, or ETL/ELT tools
- Thorough knowledge of cloud data architectures
- Experience in implementing cloud data architecture and integration patterns
- Knowledge in Big Data engineering and ETL tools
- Experience designing scalable data warehouse solutions
- Understanding of enterprise data concepts and governance
- Prior experience in the P&C/L&A Insurance industry
