Summary
Caregiver is seeking a Day Program/ISS Manager to oversee Day Habilitation operations for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Abilene, TX.
About the Role
As the Day Program/ISS Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safe delivery of day habilitation services, developing policies and systems for consistent service quality, monitoring and improving services, and overseeing the training and management of community facilitators. You will also collaborate on budget planning and coordinate strategic growth initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in social services or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in HCS and/or ICF-IDD settings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate team members.
Preferred:
- Creative and innovative with program planning experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
