About the Role
About You
- Self-motivated with strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Minimum 2 years of CNC operation experience.
- Ability to stand/walk during the entire shift.
- Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools.
- Experience with Gantry Style, Swiss Style, and/or Mill/Turn Style lathe operation.
- Experience operating Murata or STAR machinery.
- Understanding of production procedures and geometric tolerancing.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
