About the Role
As a DD&T Customer 360 Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for launching and scaling the USBU Customer 360 Data Product, ensuring high-quality customer data delivery, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance digital engagement solutions. You will also govern interaction data, support analytics teams, and drive change initiatives within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 4 years of related experience in implementing HCP 360 solutions and omnichannel digital engagement.
Preferred:
- Experience with Python, PySpark, AWS Cloud, and Dataiku.
- Familiarity with data quality checks and machine learning pipelines.
