Gracious Services Inc. is seeking a DDD Day Habilitation Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a day program, Pre-Vocational services, and Supported employment in Fanwood, NJ.
About the Role
As a DDD Day Habilitation Manager, you will ensure compliance with DDD standards and procedures, coordinate data collection of daily activities, supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and employment specialists, and manage the activities of daily living for the individuals served. You will also create and manage a monthly activity calendar, formulate recreational activities, and schedule transportation for the individuals served.
About You
Required:
- Experience in managing day programs or similar services.
- Knowledge of DDD standards and procedures.
Preferred:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience in coordinating activities for individuals with disabilities.
