About the Role
As a DDS Employment Facilitator, you will ensure a supportive environment for individuals aged 22-55, helping them develop social skills and coping strategies. You will create and implement individualized service plans, facilitate community integration, and ensure the health and safety of all individuals. Key responsibilities include reviewing documentation, implementing service and behavior plans, and fostering personal relationships.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
