About the Role
As a DDS Residential Counselor, you will assist individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities in living as independently as possible. Your responsibilities will include developing individualized treatment plans, ensuring the health and safety of residents, providing guidance and support in daily living activities, and advocating for community integration.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
