About the Role
As a DDS Residential Counselor, you will assist individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities in leading independent lives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing person-centered treatment plans, ensuring the health and safety of residents, and providing support in daily living activities. You will also advocate for community integration and assist individuals in accessing transportation and other resources.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
