UVeye is seeking a Dealer Customer Success Manager for the New England and Upstate NY region. The role focuses on driving long-term customer success, retention, and expansion across the client base.

About the Role

As a Dealer Customer Success Manager, you will manage strategic client relationships, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements. Your responsibilities include educating customers on integrating UVeye solutions, demonstrating measurable ROI, providing insights on best practices, and driving organic growth through upselling. You will also analyze account performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

About You

Required:

5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
3+ years of experience working within a dealership, gaining firsthand exposure to daily operations.
Proven track record of driving customer retention, renewals, and upsell expansion.
Experience managing high-value, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
Strong consultative and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred:

Commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to customer success.
Ability to lead by example and support the development of junior CSMs.
Technical proficiency with CRM platforms and analytics tools.
Automotive industry experience.
