About the Role
As a Dealer Services Specialist II, you will represent the dealer sales lane on sale days, promote Manheim's products, assist dealers in preparing vehicles for auction, negotiate bids, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance dealer success. You will also partner with internal teams to deliver a unified client experience and conduct coaching sessions to help clients effectively use Manheim tools.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or a degree/certification in a related discipline or 5 years of experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong business relationships.
- Problem solving and de-escalation skills.
Preferred:
- 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
- Previous experience in a sales support role.
