About the Role
As a Deals Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) TMT Manager, you will advise Private Equity investors in SaaS and software businesses, lead teams, manage client accounts, and focus on strategic planning while mentoring junior staff. Your responsibilities will include driving impact in technology strategy, overseeing software architecture and development, conducting due diligence, and planning post-deal growth initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer and Information Science, or Computer Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration.
- Broad experience in technology deals and leadership.
- Proven record in operational due diligence.
- Proficiency in mergers, integrations, and divestitures.
- Experience in strategic planning and business review.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Experience in managing complex projects and trusted advisor roles.
- Coaching and guiding staff.
