About the Role
As the Dean, you will oversee effective scheduling of program offerings, ensure compliance with educational standards, lead engagement in the growth of the Center, and manage talent engagement activities. You will collaborate with college staff to enhance educational experiences, develop curriculum, and monitor program performance metrics.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in an academic area appropriate to supervision of programs assigned.
- 6 years of combined experience in management of programs related to an academic or industry-specific setting, including 3 years of full-time teaching experience in higher education or 5 years of experience in the industry.
Preferred:
- Doctorate degree.
- Grant management experience.
