- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York Bar (or the ability to waive into NY).
- 3+ years of experience in debt finance, private credit, or related corporate transactional work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Admission to the Delaware Bar.
- Experience in structured equity or private equity transactions.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
