- 4+ years of finance/lending experience at a law firm.
- Experience representing borrowers and/or lenders.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience with asset-based and secured lending transactions.
- Knowledge of fund finance and leveraged buyouts.
- Ability to lead deal execution and mentor junior associates.
