About You
- JD or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in debt financing transactions.
- Demonstrated high academic achievement.
- Experience gained at a large law firm.
- Ability to manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of secured lending transactions.
- Familiarity with Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
- Experience with acquisition financing and debt securities offerings.
