About You
- JD or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in debt financing transactions.
- Working knowledge of secured lending transactions.
- Experience in closing transactions.
- Familiarity with drafting documents and issues lists.
- Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code and general corporate law.
