As a Decision Analytics Associate, you will develop and apply advanced statistical models, leverage analytic techniques, design custom analyses using tools like R and Tableau, synthesize results for clients, and guide and mentor Associates on teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing project updates.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative discipline with a strong academic record.
- Up to 3 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or R.
- Proficiency in analytic tools like R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
Preferred:
- Exposure to tools/platforms like Hadoop and database systems.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
