About the Role
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for employee relations concerns, conduct interviews, gather documentation, and prepare case summaries. You will coach managers on performance management and conflict resolution, interpret company policies, and support training initiatives related to workplace behavior and compliance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience, or HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
- 4+ years of experience in employee relations, HR Generalist work, or related HR function, preferably within a distribution/retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (multi-state preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, defensible documentation.

- Demonstrated ability to conduct objective investigations and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Sound judgement and decision-making ability.
