Summary
GE Aerospace is seeking a Delivery Finance Analyst to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves driving end-to-end OE and MRO forecasting excellence and serving as the primary finance partner for Fulfillment and IM shops.
About the Role
As a Delivery Finance Analyst, you will own OE and MRO forecasting, operationalize the 18-month rolling volume process, establish data governance across forecasting processes, facilitate monthly and quarterly cycles, and use FLIGHT DECK tools to enhance visibility and simplify workloads.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in financial tools and systems, like Hyperion and Excel.
- Experience in Aerospace, industrials or services with aftermarket exposure.
- Proven ability to simplify complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
Preferred:
- Proven experience in forecasting and planning in complex environments.
- Strong modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to implement data governance with dashboards and decision support.
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs / projects.
- Continuous improvement mindset with interest in using FLIGHT DECK or lean systems to achieve goals.
