About the Role
As a Delivery Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading technical account strategies, ensuring customer success, and driving the onboarding and enablement of Databricks workloads. You will engage with various stakeholders, create execution plans, and report on customer health and product adoption.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within Data and AI.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
- Track record of overachievement against quota or similar targets.
