About the Role
As a DeltaV Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting Emerson DeltaV systems in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, leading automation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing training on DeltaV system functionality.
About You
Required:
- Proven hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV system design, configuration, implementation, and support.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or biotechnology manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of automation principles including DCS, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
- Expertise in regulatory and validation frameworks (cGMP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Project management experience overseeing automation initiatives from concept to delivery.
