About You
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing roles.
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM, workflows, and reporting).
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
- Proven track record of achieving pipeline and revenue targets through marketing programs.
- Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and marketing automation best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience marketing to finance professionals (CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers).
- Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial technology companies.
- Marketing automation and paid advertising certifications (HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Labs).
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience.
- Basic SQL knowledge for database segmentation and reporting.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and marketing attribution models.
