Willamette Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join their team in Kent, WA. The role involves assisting dental professionals in delivering care and ensuring patient comfort during dental procedures.
About the Role
As a Dental Assistant, you will prepare and maintain instruments and materials for dental procedures, assist in four-handed dentistry, take and develop dental radiographs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for patient communication regarding post-operative care and general oral health, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED and credentials to function as a Dental Assistant per state requirements.
- Registered Dental Assistant certification in Washington.
Preferred:
- Graduation from an ADA accredited dental assisting program.
- Sealant certification.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
