About the Role
As a Department Manager I, you will manage department operations and personnel, complete staffing and training, monitor quality and financial performance, ensure compliance with health regulations, and develop programs to enhance customer service. You will work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday support as needed.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s Degree and three years of team lead, supervisor or manager experience.
- OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience.
- OR Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or a related field.
- Healthcare experience.
