About the Role
As a Deployment Strategist, you will be responsible for managing integration delivery, building and tuning a team of AI agents, and serving as the primary operational point of contact for key client stakeholders. Your tasks will include diagnosing integration issues, generating client-ready deliverables, and automating workflows. This role requires a consulting mindset to navigate ambiguity and deliver results under pressure.
About You
Required:
- 2-4 years in consulting, implementation, or healthcare operations.
- AI-native with experience in building and tuning AI agents.
- Client-facing confidence to handle complex questions from senior stakeholders.
- Ability to structure complex problems and drive them to resolution.
- Willingness to perform operational tasks to support strategic goals.
Preferred:
- Experience with payers, TPAs, claims data, or health plan operations.
- Background in strategy consulting or implementation delivery.
- Familiarity with TPA operations, claims processing, or healthcare EDI.
- Experience with Jira, Snowflake, or healthcare data integration platforms.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
