About the Role
As a Deposit Services Specialist II, you will take ownership of advanced member inquiries, review and analyze complex deposit accounts, and provide timely resolutions. You will support the daily operations of the Deposit Services department, track IRA and HSA activity for compliance, and actively participate in departmental process improvement initiatives. Collaboration with other departments to resolve intricate member concerns is also a key aspect of this role.
About You
Required:
- 1-3 years of financial operations or financial account servicing experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
