About the Role
As a Deputy CDBG-DR Project Manager, you will assist the Project Manager in leading teams to implement post-disaster recovery efforts. Your responsibilities will include ensuring program deadlines are met, serving as an expert on policy and regulatory issues, providing training and technical assistance, and coordinating project components for timely delivery.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of in-depth experience with the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program.
Able and willing to travel for program needs as directed.
Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
Preferred:
5+ years of experience in project management.
Experience in disaster recovery.
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
