About the Role
As the Deputy Director, Financial Operations, you will manage and evaluate staff, organize and prioritize work, consult with the Director of Financial Services, assist in developing strategic plans, implement policies and procedures, administer budgets, oversee accounting and treasury operations, prepare reports for legal and audit requirements, and communicate with various stakeholders.
About You
Required:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Five years of related experience in professional level financial accounting and reporting in a government setting, including lead or supervisory experience.
- Ten years of experience in the field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Georgia driver's license.
- Certified Public Finance Officer certification from Government Finance Officer Association.
Preferred:- Master's degree in a related field.
