About the Role
As the Deputy Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities of the Borough Office, including managing client interviews, ensuring timely case completion, performing quality control, and providing technical assistance on complex cases. You will also conduct staff meetings, monitor group performance, and assume full responsibility of the office in the absence of the Director.
About You
Required:
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college.
- Three years of full-time satisfactory experience in social casework, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
Preferred:
- Experience in child support services or related social services.
- Familiarity with New York State child support policies and procedures.
