About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, quantitative analysis, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a managerial position in an Army Medical Command activity.
- Three (3) years’ experience overseeing large administrative operations support functions managing programs in excess of $10M per year.
- Three (3) years’ experience with regulatory compliance including The Joint Commission (TJC), OSHA, EPA, and FAR.
- Experience supervising 300+ full-time employees.
- Knowledge of Army Medical correspondence and records management procedures.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment.
