Summary
Salesforce is seeking a Design Solution Engineer to join their CBS Solutions team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves creating reusable and scalable design assets to support key business initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
About the Role
As a Design Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with Account Solution Engineers and Strategic Solution Engineers to produce visual demo and design assets. Your responsibilities will include leading the CBS Microsite strategy, creating demo videos, supporting customer workshops, and building custom apps to enhance product demonstrations. You will also be tasked with establishing strong technical credibility and ensuring consistency in messaging across various customer segments.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of design experience either in-house, agency, or at a consulting practice.
- Experience with demo tools like Saleo, Cursor, and demo vibe coding.
- Background in graphic design, communication design, or UX design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Slides.
- Strong craft and design sensibility, including typography and visual hierarchy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, including presentation creation at the C-suite level.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions and capabilities.
Preferred:
- 3 or more years' experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company or similar technology.
- Experience in Core Solution Engineering and CBS industry.
