About the Role
As a Design Strategist, you will evaluate AI outputs, provide feedback, and refine the model's aesthetic and usability understanding. You will work on both general AI training projects and design-specific projects, focusing on UI/UX critique and aesthetic evaluation.
About You
Required:
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Preferred:
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree.
