About You
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- 3+ years experience designing interactive storytelling, products, and tools.
- A portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles and finished design work.
- Figma experience or similar prototyping tools.
- A proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders and outside vendors on digital design projects.
- Experience working with data and analytics to make strategic design decisions.
- Experience designing around editorial content, ideally at a digital news publication or tech company.
- Experience creating visual graphic digital assets at-scale.
- Motion graphic and animation experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting.
- Experience designing web products around user behavior.
- Knowledge of accessibility principles and best practices.
- Ability to work autonomously across numerous projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience writing design requirements to front-end developers.
