- BFA or MFA in Design or a related field.
- 5+ years of graphic design experience with expertise in marketing or advertising campaigns for premium brands.
- A design portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking across multiple touch points.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of social media design best practices.
- Experience with motion graphics for social media and digital ads.
- Experience in signage and event graphics.
- A genuine appreciation for journalism and curiosity about the company's work.
