Summary
CannonDesign is seeking a Designer IB to join their team in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on providing architectural support and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team under the supervision of a Licensed Architect.
About the Role
As a Designer IB, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Architect or Project Designer in the design, selection, coordination, and detailing of architectural materials and systems. Your tasks will include building physical models, producing architectural documentation, preparing graphics for client presentations, and participating in research initiatives. You will also assist in the architectural design process, review shop drawings, respond to client inquiries, and work in the REVIT model to produce plans and sections.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of related professional experience.
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States.
- Strong creative design portfolio and excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
