About the Role
As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for installing and configuring desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, performing break-fix support, managing the ticket queue, and providing onsite technical assistance to end users. You will also coordinate with vendors for hardware support, perform compliance-related tasks, and provide IT support for events and disaster recovery situations.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of one to three years of technical experience in providing end-user support.
- Experience in installing and configuring desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with ticket management systems and service level agreements.
- Experience in coordinating with vendors for hardware support.
